We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst, who thrives being part of projects, from brief to execution, and advising and sparring with various colleagues within Customer- & Operations Excellence.

As our new Senior Data Analyst, you will be part of our Analytics & Insights Team - a central team with analysts embedded all around the organization. The team, primarily located in Copenhagen, is a talented and aspiring group, offering plenty of opportunities to learn, grow, and develop. The team works very autonomously, providing recommendations, analytics, and insights to support decision-making across all business areas including Commercial, Finance, Marketing, and Customer & Operations Excellence. Additionally, there will be plenty of chances to take on project responsibilities and collaborate with colleagues.

Demonstrated experience in a comparable data analyst position.
Proactive and able to advise on opportunities to stakeholders.
Proficiency in designing dynamic dashboards using tools such as Looker, Power BI, Tableau, Streamlit, or equivalent platforms.
Expertise in SQL (Python proficiency is a valuable asset but not required)
Have an eye for increasing efficiency by utilizing data and an automated approach.
Experience with Data Storage systems.

What will you do?

Build data models and data logic/definition to make data come alive for the organization through dashboards, reporting, or analysis.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs and business objectives.
Sparring partner for data-informed decision-making within Operations & Customer Excellence.
Present insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Responsible for defining, facilitating, and developing key metrics within Operations & Customer Excellence.
Maintain stringent data quality standards. Implement testing procedures and resolve bugs.
Collaborate with tech and Data Engineers around new data events.
Create reports and dashboards to visualize data findings for stakeholders.
Develop and maintain dashboards in Looker.
Provide data and insights to ad hoc requests across the organization.

Looker, dbt, DataGrip, GitHub, Redshift.
